Know Thy Heritage (KTH), Haya Washington (HAYA), and the newly formed organization Buteek, based in the Washington, DC area, are continuing their lifesaving mission in Gaza. Through a collaborative effort, they are providing essential meals to over 1,050 families facing severe famine conditions. This united initiative showcases an unwavering dedication to humanitarian aid, addressing the dire and urgent needs of those suffering in Gaza. Together, these organizations are not only offering sustenance but also a message of hope and solidarity to communities especially the Children enduring extreme hardship.

We successfully provided food to 470 families in the Zouda Refugee Camp and 580 families in the Deir El Balah Refugee Camp, and we are striving to extend our efforts across the entire Gaza Strip wherever possible, despite the ongoing shelling and the genocide unfolding before the eyes of the world, with little sign of intervention. Our mission persists, even in the face of unimaginable danger, to deliver relief and hope to those enduring these horrors.

The situation in Gaza is dire, with residents facing a relentless struggle against hunger and the scarcity of clean water, sanitation, and healthcare. The risk of disease is alarmingly high, particularly for the tens of thousands who are already injured and malnourished. Overcrowded living conditions and inadequate shelter only intensify the threat of widespread epidemics, making daily survival a daunting challenge for many. In this environment of extreme deprivation, every act of humanitarian aid becomes a lifeline, offering not just immediate relief but a glimmer of hope for a better future.

Rateb Rabie, KCHS, President and CEO of HCEF and KTH, calls for urgent support, emphasizing that every contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in saving lives. “Your donation can be the lifeline that Gaza’s residents desperately need,” he urges. Please consider donating today to help sustain this vital humanitarian effort and provide hope to those in the most desperate of conditions.
