The plight of Gaza’s residents extends far beyond mere hunger. With compromised access to clean water, sanitation, and healthcare, the risk of disease looms large, particularly among the tens of thousands of injured individuals who are already malnourished. The dire living conditions, exacerbated by chronic overcrowding and inadequate shelter, create a breeding ground for widespread epidemics.

KTH remains committed to delivering clean water and food, this time to over 250 families in the Rahaf area, as part of its ongoing famine relief initiatives. This initiative is in partnership with Haya Washington.

We strongly encourage you to make a donation today. Your contribution, regardless of its size, has the power to save lives.

“Access to sufficient amounts of clean water is a matter of life and death…children in Gaza have barely a drop to drink,” said UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell. “Children and their families are having to use water from unsafe sources that are highly salinated or polluted. Without safe water, many more children will die from deprivation and disease”.

The dire shortage of drinking water is deeply concerning, yet it is just one facet of a broader crisis. “Hundreds of thousands” of displaced individuals, including a significant number of children, find themselves in a critical state of need, desperately requiring not only sustenance and shelter but also essential medical supplies.
